Grandmaster Steve Otstot has been in the Martial Arts over 38 years and has a 9th.  Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do,5th. Degree Black Belt in Hapkido and an 9th Degree in Bushido.  He is the Chief Instructor for the Martial Arts for the Handicapable of Greater New York. Pa. State President IBBO, He is a corner judge for the Keystone International Kickboxing Association located in Mechanicsburg, Pa. and the World Wide Kickboxing Federation located in Rochester New York.  He is also on the board for the Pennsylvania Referee’s Association. AOKA Black Belt Hall of Fame Instructor of the year 1997, Eastern Alliance Black Belt Hall of Fame Master Instructor 1998 and World Karate Union Black Belt Hall of Fame Master of the year 1999. World Wide Martial Arts Hall of Fame Master of the year 2002. World Soke-Dojunim Council Hall of Fame Golden Lifetime Achievement 2003. Member World Soke Council.

Callie Jenkins has been in the Martial Arts over 10 years and has a 4th. Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do and Hapkido.  She is a Referee in the Pennsylvania Referee’s Association and on the Board of Directors of the Martial Arts for the Handicapable of Greater New York. She is a Certified Instructor in the MAH.  She is an Instructor in Taekwon-Do and Hapkido.  World Wide Martial Arts Hall of Fame Instructor of the year 2002. World Soke-Dojunim Council Martial Arts for the Handicapable Instructor of the year 2003
